The programme

What was made, and how.

The hotel runs its own restaurant and a pizzeria, Alto, under one roof. The brief was a wardrobe the floor and bar teams could wear through long services, in the same language as the rooms, with one piece that both venues could share.

The floor wardrobe was built around shirting and aprons: shirts developed for daily washing, aprons cut for service, and a collaboration T-shirt carrying both names for the pizzeria team and the hotel shop.

Development, sampling and production ran from Portugal with the specialist partner for each garment family, and the approved samples became the reference for the pieces delivered.
