Privacy notice

This notice will be completed with the operating entity’s legal details.

What we collect

When you request a quote we receive the details you type into the form: your name, work email, company and what your team needs, and, on the full form, website, country, industry, project type, roles, locations, estimated quantity, brief and any optional target date, phone number or reference links. We also record the page you arrived on, the page you submitted from, the referring site’s domain and any advertising identifiers in the address (such as campaign parameters), so we can tell which pages lead to enquiries.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. Your request is sent by email to the team and stored in our internal enquiry records. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your details or share them with anyone outside the team handling your request and the services that deliver it (email and record-keeping providers).

Analytics

Analytics and advertising measurement cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, no Google services load. We never send names, emails, company names or free text to analytics tools.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by replying to any email from us, or through the contact form. The contact address for these requests will be published here once the operating entity and its service providers are confirmed.
